Our team was responsible for helping expand Ann Arbor's existing Moveable Type site with Django sub-sites. I was responsible for leading development on the events calendar and the restaurant verticals. There were some interesting problems here related to event recurrence which were largely solved by Tony Hauber's django-schedule and the fantastic python-dateutil library. Beyond that, it was a great treat to work with a site over a longer period of time, which tends to be the exception rather than the rule in agency work.

Broadway.com was my first large project at HUGE and boy was it a great learning process. It was an opportunity to work with a fantastic company, delivering them a beautiful site, while leading the development effort on the biggest project I had lead to date.
